Terms and conditions for collection of Nectar Points with Woodward
Collection of Nectar points with Woodward is available to independent foodservice operators, excluding Key Accounts and buying group Head Offices (unless by prior written contractual agreement), in Great Britain, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Points are earned on certain products purchased from Brakes Frozen & Chilled, Brakes Grocery, Brakes Catering Equipment. For M&J Seafood, points are earned for customers whose accounts have been linked prior to March 1st 2015.
Woodward does not pay tax or National Insurance for Nectar points issued or redeemed. Recipients and their employers are responsible for any such liability.
Collectors (and their employers) are responsible for any changes; Woodward are not responsible for any points missed.
These terms and conditions govern the collection of Nectar points with Woodward. The collection and use of your nectar points generally is subject to the Nectar terms and conditions, collector rules and any other policies applicable from time to time.
You warrant to Woodward that the information given at the time of registration is correct and that the person signing and specifying the Nectar account to be linked to the Woodward customer account, is either the legal owner of the customer, or is a duly authorised signatory of the customer. Woodward accepts no responsibility or liability for any incorrect information supplied on a Woodward Link Form.
Brakes Catering Equipment will offer automatic doubling of points (2 points per £1 spent) between 11th April to the 26th June 2015. This is available in respect of all spend on Catering Equipment accounts linked to the relevant Nectar card during the period stated or before.
All Woodward current printed publications displaying 2 points per £1 will no longer be valid unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
Woodward reserves the right to withdraw from the Nectar Business programme or to amend these terms and conditions at any point and without notice.
