Make sure all details are correct and not repeated as this will affect the registration
Only enter correct information i.e. do not enter symbols or position in company instead of a name
Once you have read through these tips please visit www.woodward-foodservice.com/nectar/nectar-registration/ to link your account (s). Once received, your application will be pending. You will receive an email within 14 days to say you have successfully linked OR you are not quite there and need to resubmit an application, carefully checking all your details
How can I find out my Nectar points balance?
If you have a registered Nectar Business card, download the Nectar app or visit nectar.com/business to find out your balance and keep up with regular Nectar offers. Alternatively call 0344 8110811. Make sure when you register to collect points with Woodward Foodservice, you provide us with a valid email address, so we can send you monthly points balance updates www.woodward-foodservice.com/contact-us/
How many points do I collect with Woodward Foodservice?
You collect 1 point per £1 (excl. VAT) on all purchases of Woodward Foodservice frozen, chilled and grocery products including catering supplies and equipment. Plus, you can collect a number of bonus points on a monthly basis. Keep an eye on your inbox for these exciting offers
How often will I receive my Nectar points from Woodward Foodservice?
Woodward Foodservice transfer points to Nectar on a weekly basis. These points are based upon the purchases you made in the previous week. These points can take up to 14 days to show on your account. Any bonus points over and above your base will be issued to your card within 28 days of the offer end date. All offers are subject to change at any time
I want to spend my points with a Woodward Foodservice voucher to get money off future orders. Can I do that?
Yes you can! 1,000 points equals to £5 to spend with Woodward Foodservice and you can use as many Nectar points in 1,000 points increments as you like. Simply visit www.nectar.com
– choose the ‘Spend Points’ page, then click the Woodward Foodservice logo.
Alternatively, you can call 0344 8110811 and talk to Nectar about how to spend your points. When you receive your vouchers, remember you can use them as payment for any Woodward invoice, including Woodward Foodservice Catering Equipment
My colleague used to deal with Nectar points, but they have now left the business. How do I update the details?

I have received a bonus point offer, how do I collect these points?
If you received the offer by email, simply click the link in the email to opt in. As long as you meet the conditions of the offer, bonus points will be added to your card within 28 days of the offer end date.
You can also opt in quoting an offer code when provided by Woodward. You will need to visit www.woodward-foodservice.com/nectar-bonus to opt in.
