You should receive your card within 28 days of you returning your registration form. If you have not received a Nectar Business Welcome Pack containing your card after 28 days, please contact the Nectar Helpline on 0844 8110811.
I posted my Woodward Link Form a while ago, but I know I’m not receiving Nectar points from Woodward.
Woodward send a letter to every new customer linked to Nectar Business within a month of receiving a Woodward Link Form. If you have not received this, please contact Woodward Customer Service on 0344 499 4991 so they can check the necessary records.
How can I find out my Nectar points balance?
If you have registered to use your Nectar Business card online, simply log in to your account and your balance will appear in the top-right of the page. Visit Nectar.com/business to regiser your card online.
If you have not registered for an online account, you should receive a statement from Nectar Business three times per year. If you are not receiving this, please contact the Nectar Helpline on 0844 8110811.
How many points do I collect with Woodwards?
You collect 1 point per £1 (excl. VAT) on all purchases of Woodward products.
How often will I receive my Nectar points from Woodward?
Woodward transfer points to Nectar on the second working day of every month. These points are based upon the purchases you made in the previous month – for example a transfer on the 2nd February would contain points for your purchases throughout January.
I want to spend my points and get a Woodward voucher to get money off future orders. Can I do that?
Yes you can! 1,000 points equals to £5 to spend with Woodward and you can use as many Nectar points in 1,000 points increments as you like.
Simply visit at nectar.com – choose the ‘Spend Points’ page, then click the Woodward logo. Alternatively, you can call 0844 8110811 and talk to Nectar about how to spend your points. When you receive your vouchers, remember you can use them as payment for any Woodward invoice.
My colleague used to deal with Nectar points, but they have now left the business. How do I update the details so that I can now control the points?
You need to confirm the changes in writing, on business letterhead, to Nectar Business and to Woodward. Don’t forget to include your Nectar Business card number!

I have received a bonus point offer, how do I collect these points?
If you received the offer by email, simply click the link in the email to opt in. If you received a coupon in the post, visit our nectar pages and enter the offer code on the coupon to opt in. As long as you meet the conditions of the offer, bonus points will be added to your card within 30 days of the offer end date.
