Terms and conditions applicable to all promotions
 
(1) Woodward Foodservice standard terms & conditions of sale apply, which appear in our product lists and on our website at woodward-foodservice.com. (2) By participating in any of the promotions, customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. (3) We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. (4) These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
 
*1) Woodward Foodservice ‘Best Sellers’ have been identified and weighted on our typical customer orders and compared against cash and carry pricing, to demonstrate how Woodwards’ pricing compares. (2) Whilst some products we compare are identical (i.e. third party products with an identical pack size), Woodward-branded products are matched against nearest equivalent Booker-branded products and prices are pro-rated to offer a like-for-like comparison; for example, if the product is sold in a different pack size, this has been taken into account when comparing prices, and a weighted system has been used to compare the pricing having regards to the volume of each product purchased in the previous year. (3) The total basket price of the top 40 sellers have been compared against Booker on shelf prices.  (4) Woodward Foodservice reviews its pricing on a weekly basis.
 
**1) The “money back guarantee” is available to independent customers of Woodward and applies to Brakes’ 40 ‘Best Sellers’ products identified within the promotion. 2) If not satisfied with the Promotional Product, qualifying customers may claim a full refund on its first purchase of the Promotional Product.  To claim a refund email promotions@brake.co.uk within one week of taking delivery of the Promotional Product with: (i) proof of purchase in the form of your invoice number; and (ii) the reason you were not satisfied with the Promotional Product.  3) Refunds will be in the form of Woodward vouchers for the price set out on the invoice (less any rebates or other discounts previously paid to the customer by Woodward Foodservice in respect of that purchase). The vouchers are subject to the terms & conditions contained on them. 4) The money back guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per Promotional Product. 5) Woodward Foodservice accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed emails whether or not due to technical difficulties or malfunctions. Any such emails will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 6. Woodward Foodservice decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the money back guarantee and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. There is no cash or other product alternative. 8. Woodward Foodservice reserves the right to amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time.

**** 1) Price holds are not available on branded products, fresh produce, dairy or meat products. 2) In the event of an exceptional market development, which is beyond Woodward Foodservice’s control, which has a material impact on Woodwards’ costs of supplying a product, Woodward Foodservice may need to pass on such price increase during the period of the price hold.
